Horses 4k is the experimental duo of Jacob Trombetta on pedal steel guitar and Robin Guiler on electronics and synthesizer. They create evocative environmental ambient music inspired by the wide open plains of the American imagination. Shrouded in processed field recordings, Trombetta’s oblique country licks intertwine with Guiler’s drones and glitches in a tapestry of cosmic Americana. Jacob has a horse, Robin once hid from a herd of feral ponies.
